About the role

While primarily assigned to Somersworth, the Medical Assistant may be required to float to nearby cardiology locations, including Dover and Portsmouth, based on staffing and operational needs.

What you’ll do
Room patients and prepareRoom patients and prepare exam rooms in a cardiology outpatient setting
Obtain vital signs, EKGsObtain vital signs, EKGs, complete a medication reconciliation, and document accurately in the EHR
Support medication refills andSupport medication refills and care coordination
Assist with clinic flowAssist with clinic flow and provider support
Participate in clinical huddlesParticipate in clinical huddles and flexible provider assignments
