Join our clinic team in a rewarding role that works closely with providers to deliver exceptional patient care. This position assists providers and the care team with direct patient care, examinations, procedures, and treatment plans. Care is provided under the supervision and direction of the medical staff within the scope of practice of a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse. 4-Day Work Week | Approximately 34 Hours per Week | No Weekends or Holidays!
This opportunity is ideal for Certified Medical Assistants, experienced non-certified Medical Assistants, and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Non-LPN applicants must hold an active Nebraska Medication Aide License. This position is not intended for CNAs with a Medication Aide credential.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or at least 1–2 years of experience working specifically as a Medical Assistant if not certified, or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) All non-LPN applicants must have Active Medication Aide Licensure on the Nebraska Medication Aide Registry Basic Life Support (BLS) Experience in providing care to a general population Excellent customer service and organizational skills Demonstrated problem solving skills Effective knowledge and familiarity with word processing, computer navigation, and e-mail, previous experience with electronic medical records preferred.
Moderate lab testing experience with phlebotomy preferred Clinic experience preferred
