Medical Assistant - Plastic Surgery Specialists

​Our Plastic Surgery Specialists Clinic at the Plaza is seeking a MA to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a positive, outgoing personality. This is a standard rooming position with the possibility of assisting with in office procedures.

Previous procedural experience or plastic surgery experience is a plus. Seeking a candidate who is able to travel to Saint Luke's North, East, and South (the position will base at the Plaza). Because of the travel requirement, candidates will do best if they are flexible, adaptable, quick learners who take lots of notes to ensure they comply with process workflow according to physician/provider preferences.

The entire job description for a Medical Assistant within the system is below. Position responsible for assisting providers and the nursing team in the delivery of professional medical care. Specific duties include pre-visit planning, rooming patients, obtaining vitals, utilizing the EMR system, administering injections, telephone screening (with protocols), assist with procedures (as needed), familiar with sterile technique, and duties as assigned based on respective clinic need.
