• Cert, you¿ll play a vital role in supporting patient care by assisting with examinations and treatments under the direction of physicians or advanced practice providers. Assist with treatments ordered by providers under supervision. Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information on charts. Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.

Perform basic clerical duties, including answering phones and maintaining records. Order and stock supplies, ensuring a clean and orderly environment. Document provider encounters, including diagnoses, symptoms, and follow-up instructions.

What You Will Need Required Qualifications BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted). Medical Assistant certification obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date (any issuing authority accepted). High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
