More than 900 providers and physicians provide 1.5 million patient visits a year coordinated through an integrated electronic health record. This is a benefited, full time (72 hours every 2 weeks) position working 12-hr day shifts from 8am-8:30pm on varied days each week. Weekends and holidays are required.

Providing assistance with splinting, EKGs, POC, patient transport and patient care. Facilitates patient throughput and flow, ensuring timely turnover of rooms, quality measures and increased patient safety and satisfaction. Rooming patients, checking vitals, assisting with procedures Clinic prep assisting with Provider specific protocols Maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment Organizes and performs patient care services that support the physician’s practice Relaying instructions from the physician to the patient or authorized person Collecting patient data in person and by phone Documenting patient concerns, messages and care provided in the electronic medical record for the physician's review Administering medications specifically directed by the physician Scheduling of appointments and procedures Complete and accurate message taking Routing messages to the appropriate area for direction Setting up of cases in EPIC plus basic registration and updating of demographics Required Education/Experience/Specialized
