Medical Assistants work under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed and assist in providing basic patient care to assigned patients. This role is responsible for administrative and clinical tasks, such as maintaining patient records, preparing patients and rooms for examination, and assisting physicians with exams.
