Process and post revenue, making adjustments as needed Review office sales for proper documentation (e.g., nursing notes, timecards, authorizations) Generate and bill claims and invoices to various payer sources via multiple channels Research and follow up on unpaid accounts after expected payment timeframe Correct and resubmit claims or appeal determinations to ensure payment Follow quality processes to minimize write-offs and improve collections Provide excellent customer service to office partners, patients, and payers Keep Team Leader informed of problem accounts or potential cash flow impacts
