The Lead Custodian Assists EVS Manager in maintaining a high quality standard by keeping him/her informed on the condition of all assigned areas and by leading, training and motivating the environmental services staff, ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner. Assists management with prioritizing daily work activities, ensuring appropriate supply levels, and assisting with monitoring and training staff on Closet Tip lists.
