You’ll need
Licensure
✓Board certified in Clinical Pathology or Combined Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
✓Valid New York State License and Medicaid number
Board certification in Blood Banking transfusion medicine would be a plus, with at least one year of training and/or experience in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine or preferred
Certifications
✓American Board of Internal Medicine certification in Hematology with at least one year of training and/or experience in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine
Education
✓MD/DO degree
Qualifications
✓NY State CoQ in transfusion services and immunohematology
Experience overseeing Clinical Pathology operations and regulatory compliance is a plus preferred
