The Medical Lab Scientist I is responsible for performing lab tests and analyses to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The MLS I performs clinical testing in at least two of the following departments: Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, or Microbiology. Team members working second or third shifts must be competent in all areas mentioned above.
