A Brief OverviewPerforms tests and procedures in assigned sections, including those which require exercise of independent judgment and responsibility with minimum supervision. Independently performs qualitative and quantitative tests, following established guidelines and predetermined criteria. Identifies problems that may adversely affect test performance and/or results and uses knowledge, critical thinking skills, and judgment to troubleshoot and resolve them.
May perform phlebotomy and help in specimen receiving, as assigned. For those MLTs who live within 50 miles from 1221 S. Gear Ave, West Burlington, IA 52655 Commitment 1: $34 / hourFloat to all 3 Great River Health hospital locations Minimum of 24 hours in a 6-week scheduling periodWe ask that you select one Summer and one Winter hard to fill shift as part of your commitment.
