✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Montana applicant must have State Licensure to work in the State of MT.
Certifications
✓Medical Laboratory Medical Lab Scientist certification or equivalent as approved by the Manager and Human Resources.
✓Certification must be maintained to remain in the job.
✓Two (2) years of clinical laboratory experience for an MLS.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology science.
✓Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.
✓Degree will be verified.

✓Standard Operating Procedures
✓Quality Control
✓Quality Management
✓Analytical Compliance
✓Required.
✓Flexibility to work a variety of shifts that may include weekends, holidays, nights, and on-call. Required.
✓Foreign applicants must submit a foreign transcript evaluation by an acceptable agency approved by Laboratory Quality Assurance. Required.
Experience leading training and education of staff at all levels. Preferred.
Experience in process implementation. Preferred.
