✓Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology , Chemistry, or Biology
Qualifications
✓Two or more years of experience working in a clinical laboratory
✓This person will work under the supervision and direction of the Flow Cytometry supervisor.
✓Duties include processing, staining and analyzing routine specimens.
✓They will be expected to keep all instrumentation in good working order and identify and notify the supervisor of instrument malfunctions.
✓They should be able to aid in instrument repair.
✓They should be able to identify abnormal or discrepancy results.
✓They will have limited participation in student teaching and assisting of other personnel rotating through the section.
✓They will have limited administrative duties.
✓Annual TB Screening, Criminal Background Check, Substance Abuse Testing
✓This position is subject to pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification).
✓A criminal conviction or arrest pending adjudication alone shall not disqualify an applicant except as provided by law.
✓Any criminal history will be evaluated in relationship to job responsibilities and business necessity.
