You’ll need
Licensure
✓Must maintain state licensure, as required.
Certifications
✓American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) - Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
✓National Certifying Agency - Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT)
✓Achievement of a passing score on the HEW Proficiency Examination for Clinical Laboratory Personnel.
Education
✓Successful completion of an associate degree in Medical Technology or one of the related sciences.
