Certifications
✓Associate’s degree with Medical Laboratory Technology and clinical laboratory training culminating in national certification, as defined by American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) Board of Registry required.
✓Associate degree requires active ASCP Medical Laboratory Technologist certification
Education
✓Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Medical or Clinical Laboratory Sciences from an institution meeting CLIA personnel testing qualifications for moderate & high complexity testing.
Qualifications
✓Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
✓Strong team leadership skills, strong organization, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
✓Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and excellent organizational skills.
✓Must be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
✓Ability to develop trust with leaders in the organizations.
