Medical Office Assistant- Crofton Primary Care

This is more than a front desk job; you’ll be a key part of creating a positive patient experience from the very first phone call to the moment they walk out the door.

What You’ll Be Doing Be the first smile patients hear and see on the phone and in person Schedule and reschedule appointments with accuracy and care Collect and update patient demographics, insurance, and important details Handle patient payments, post charges, and provide receipts Use computer systems confidently while keeping an eye on the details that matter Jump in where needed, every day can look a little different!

What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred A warm, professional communicator who enjoys helping others Comfortable with computers and learning new systems Organized, reliable, and great at juggling multiple tasks Calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment
