Key responsibilities include: Greeting and assisting patients during check-in and check-out Collecting payments and processing revenue cycle activities Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries Handling patient inquiries and resolving administrative concerns Entering physician orders and maintaining accurate patient records Utilizing various computer systems to manage provider schedules Communicating with patients regarding appointments and follow-up needs Supporting daily office operations and administrative functions Performing other duties as assigned ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Qualifications Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Experience Required: Six (6) months of healthcare experience OR Six (6) months of customer service experience ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What We Offer Unlock your Career Potential: Join our Medical Group Team and Enjoy our Outstanding Benefits!
