Advises chief physicist, physiciansAdvises chief physicist, physicians, radiation therapists, and dosimetrists of equipment problems
Researches new treatment andResearches new treatment and imaging equipment, develops, and implements them
Consults with equipment vendorsConsults with equipment vendors, and trouble-shoots clinical problems to ensure timely treatments
Plans and participates inPlans and participates in breast, gynecological and prostate brachytherapy treatments
Instructs radiation therapy staffInstructs radiation therapy staff in radiation safety
