Qualifications Applicants must have: A minimum of a Master’s degree ABR certification or be a recent graduate of a CAMPEP-accredited Medical Physics Residency program working toward certification Board-certified or board-eligible status (both are encouraged to apply) Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication We will tailor the position based on desired location and departmental clinical coverage guidelines. Clinical Support The successful candidate will provide comprehensive clinical support at either our downtown photon/proton clinics or one of our regional care centers, depending on experience and qualifications. Our current team includes: 10 photon-clinic physicists 2 proton-clinic physicists 2 therapy physics residents 2 medical physics assistants 3 IT/CE liaisons 1 medical physics research fellow We work closely with 15 highly engaged Radiation Oncologists and 12 certified Medical Dosimetrists, all of whom rely heavily on physicist involvement. Our department is experiencing significant growth, with multiple expansion opportunities across Central Florida and into Alabama.
