Medical Receptionist - Family Medicine Lyndhurst

Customer orientated. Acts as a liaison with patients and staff. Registers patient when they arrive for appointment, verifies demographic information, insurance information, calculates payments as necessary, collects and posts insurance co-payments and payment on accounts and assists in business office duties when needed.

Reports to Physician regarding medical issues and Manager regarding business matters.
