✓High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓At least one year of experience in a medical office, healthcare scheduling, or related administrative role.
✓Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR).
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✓Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
✓Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
✓Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
