In charge of transcribing medical records to accurately represent patient history and presentation.

Completes legal filings, reviews with provider and obtains provider signatures, reviews legal documents with patients, and files with Colorado courts. Qualifications Requirements High School Graduate or equivalent. CNA or medical assistant certification preferred. Experience in a hospital environment desirable.

Upper-level typing/computer skills and highly proficient in written and verbal English. Strong knowledge of physiology, medical documentation, medical terminology, medical records, and anatomy.
