✓Three (3) years credentialing/medical staff /payor enrollment related experience or degree in Medical Staff Services Management in lieu of experience
Associate's Degree preferred
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated working knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, and Department of Health standards
✓Proven leadership skills
✓Proven abilities in arbitrating and negotiating issues between physicians and Medical Staff leaders/hospital departments
✓Demonstrated computer and database management skills, with previous experience utilizing credentialing software
✓Strong knowledge of clinical/medical terminology
✓Effective organizational skills required to handle voluminous influx of credentialing applications and to prioritize tasks in order to meet cyclical deadlines
✓Adeptness at developing multiple productive relationships and balancing requests/needs of multiple facilities
