Role Overview As a Medical Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of quality and compassionate care to patients. You will work under the direct supervision of providers and nursing leadership, performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to support patient care. Greet and escort patients to the exam room, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment. Obtain and document accurate medical histories from patients. Measure and record vital signs, contributing to patient assessments.

Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and readiness. Assist providers during examinations and procedures, facilitating efficient and effective patient care. What You Will Need Required Qualifications High school diploma or G.

E. D. equivalent. Current BLS-C upon hire or successful completion by end of orientation.
