✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Experience with cardiac telemetry monitoring and neurological conditions is preferred Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida required.
Certifications
✓National specialty certification in area of practice must be obtained within two (2) years of hire, except in cases where there is no certification available.
✓Basic life support, advanced life support, pediatric advanced life support, neonatal resuscitation program certification as required by department or unit.
Education
✓Graduate from an approved school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
✓Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of educational programs, assessments, and evaluations, ensuring compliance with ANPD documentation standards, as well as other regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications
✓Three (3) years of related clinical experience required within a Medical/Surgical setting.
✓Action Plan, as necessary.
✓Uses the ANPD Practice Model to create and evaluate department specific education.
✓Evaluates competency verification methods
✓analyzes data and reports findings to key stakeholders.
✓Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing learning by seeking out and integrating new knowledge and skills from diverse fields.
✓Navigates and adapts to the dynamic nature of interdisciplinary projects, adjusting strategies and approaches as needed.
