You’ll need
Certifications
✓Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.
Education
✓A high school diploma, its equivalent, or higher degree is required.
Qualifications
✓A minimum of three months previous hospital or medical-surgical clinic experience as a military corpsman, or nursing attendant.
✓Medical Assistants that completed their externship through UHS may also be considered in lieu of 1 year of experience, or be a graduate nurse waiting to take the NCLEX examination.
