✓Effective communication skills are also essential, as the Medical Technologist must convey test results and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
✓Problem-solving skills are utilized daily to troubleshoot equipment issues and interpret unexpected test results.
Experience in a clinical laboratory setting, particularly in a hospital environment. preferred
Familiarity with laboratory information systems and electronic health records. preferred
Preferred skills, such as experience with electronic health records, enhance the efficiency of documentation and data management in the laboratory.
