About the role

What you’ll do
Authorize and/or prepare medicationAuthorize and/or prepare medication refill requests in Epic according to the UCHealth Refill Protocol
Accurately document pertinent patientAccurately document pertinent patient information related to medication, labs, and office visits in the chart
Accurately determine which medicationAccurately determine which medication authorizations can be completed by MAS, clinical staff, and those that need to be deferred to the clinic/provider for review
Identify and prioritize urgentIdentify and prioritize urgent refill requests and take the necessary steps to complete those requests in an accurate and efficient manner
Stay current with andStay current with and appropriately utilize PLRC resources
