The primary job responsibility for the Medication Reconciliation Technician is to obtain medication histories for assigned patients. § High School diploma or equivalent § Licensure or Certification
National Pharmacy Technician Certification required. Must maintain applicable Board of Pharmacy registration/licensure as Pharmacy technician in the State of Ohio § Previous Pharmacy Technician experience, two years Retail pharmacy experience preferred § Proficient in typing and computer experience § Excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills. § Ability to manage multiple tasks and interruptions simultaneously.
