Licensure
✓Must have passed Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration exam
✓Must be registered by the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy as a Technician or as Pharmacy Intern.
✓Must maintain license from Board of Pharmacy and continuing education requirements for PTCB.
Certifications
✓Current PTCB certification or completion of 2 years of pharmacy school.
✓Must be certified by the PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) or have completed 2 years of pharmacy school.
Qualifications
✓Must be 18 years of age or older.
✓Ability to read, write and understand English at the 12th Grade level, follow orders, and written and illustrated instruction. Ability to perform arithmetical computations (add, subtract, etc.).
