Qualifications
✓Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency or equivalent health-system pharmacy experience required.
✓Completion of a PGY2 residency or fellowship in Medication-Use Safety and Policy, Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership, Pharmacy Informatics, or another relevant specialty (or equivalent experience) required.
✓Minimum five years of progressive health-system pharmacy experience, including at least three years of medication safety, quality improvement, pharmacy informatics, or related systems-level leadership experience required.
✓Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams, applying performance-improvement methods, analyzing safety data, and implementing sustainable changes across complex clinical operations required.
✓Experience with enterprise electronic health records and medication-use technologies required; experience with Epic medication-management functionality, clinical decision support, pharmacy automation, and data visualization preferred.
