At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $18.81– $27.96, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations.

The Mental Health Associate (MHA) is responsible for performing duties necessary to maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu. Under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, the MHA will assist the nurse with care of patients whose needs do not require complex nursing skills.
High School Graduate or GED.
Experience or training in the mental health or medical field preferred. Certification/Licensure: BLS COAP within 30 days of onboarding Other: Must be able to successfully clear a background check, including a criminal search. Use or possession of a firearm and/or other weapons is prohibited.
