Licensure
✓Licensed by the State of Washington as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Counselor, or Mental Health Counselor
Qualifications
✓MA in behavioral sciences such as psychology, psychiatric nursing, occupational therapy, vocation or educational counseling or social work
✓Eligibility for recognition by the State of Washington as a clinical specialist, under the community mental health regulations may be required. May be required to be eligible for a clinical faculty appointment and/or allied health credentialing.
✓Must be able to gain and maintain confidence and credibility with the LGBTQ + community as well as faculty, staff and families with whom the individual works.
Experience working with adults identifying as LGBTQ+ preferred
Experience providing comprehensive gender assessments and questionnaires preferred
Experience facilitating, moderating and/or hosting support or focus groups preferred
