The Mental Health Security is responsible for ensuring the safety of the patients and the staff on the unit. They will be asked to handle multiple priorities and to show independent discretion/decision making skills. They will need to make decisions under pressure, manage stress and work well with others.
They will need to manage non-compliant behaviors using appropriate CPI techniques. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience N/A Required Registration/License/Certification Valid Driver’s License BLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer CPI within 90 days of DOH/Transfer Preferred Education N/A Preferred Experience Background in law enforcement, security work or healthcare experience Preferred Registration/License/Certification N/A Other Requirements N/A Carmen Jones [email protected]
