Working alongside licensed clinical staff, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support that addresses the physical, social, and behavioral needs of each patient. Job Duties/Responsibilities: The MHT provides routine non-acute physical, behavioral, and mental care to the patient on the milieu under the direction of licensed staff. Completes all required documentation in a clear, concise manner, showing understanding of patient goals and treatment plan.
Responsive to patient specific factors and adapts to clinical intervention to fit individual patient need/goals. Maintains consistency throughout shift functions and through outgoing and oncoming shift report to ensure appropriate treatment is provided to each patient. Fosters and actively assists in maintaining unit’s therapeutic milieu.
