Mental Health Tech III, Full Time, Night Shift

Performs delegated tasks to provide direct patient care independently. Provides and documents care to patients in accordance with the treatment plan and established SRH and Nursing Services Policies and Standard Work. Functions in a supportive role by communicating findings and resolving work-related issues.

Utilizes de-escalation and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) techniques. Educates Level 1 and 2 MHT's in leading group therapy sessions and documentation requirements. Leads multiple, diverse group meetings including community meetings.
