• Responsibilities Mental Health Technician Work schedule is night shifts 7pm - 7am, to include every other weekend. The Mental Health Technician (MHT) provides direct care to children, adolescents and adult patients with psychiatric disorders, to ensure the safety and well-being of the patients. MHTs have the primary responsibility for ensuring the patient’s safety on the unit.
