You’ll need
Certifications
✓Currently listed on the Nurse Assistant Registry operated by the North Dakota Department of Health (or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment)
✓The ability to obtain within six months of employment: CPI Certification, Mandatory Child Abuse Reporting, and First Aid (if applicable for PRTF)
✓BLS or BLS instructor certification upon hire (American Red Cross, American Safety and Health Institute, or American Heart Association accepted)
Education
✓A High School Diploma with at least one year of experience as a Psych Tech or equivalent
A Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field preferred
Graduation from a Psychiatric Assistant or Nurse Aide training program preferred
Qualifications
One year of experience in the Behavioral Health field preferred
Are a current nursing student or a student studying a Human Services field preferred
