Description

Make a real difference in kids' lives while working a schedule that works for you. This PRN Mental Health Technician/Program Support Specialist II role offers flexible 4, 6, or 12 hour shifts, ideal for building clinical experience alongside school, a second job, or other commitments. You'll serve as the primary caregiver for psychiatric patients ages Pre
K through adolescent, supporting daily living activities, maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, and helping manage challenging behaviors. You'll also take part in crisis intervention, teaching, group process, and on-call rotations as neededQualifications: Bachelor's degree required preferably in psychology, child development, social work or related fieldExperience in inpatient or partial hospital psychiatric treatment preferredPediatric experience preferredChild growth and development education requiredCPR - BLS within 60 days of start dateCPI Non
Violent Crisis Intervention - Units 1
7 & 9
10 plus the CPI Children's Control Position from Unit 8 must be completed within 60 days of start dateMinimum requirements changed March 2022.
