Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing. Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients. Assists with physical care under the direction of an RN.
Promotes coordination of the unit by completing orders, making phone calls and directing calls and information to the charge nurse. Required Certification/Licensures: BLS (Basic Life Support) CNA (Nursing Assistant) - preferred Patient Care Technician - preferred Required
High School or Equivalent Associate's degree in related field - Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field- Preferred Required
