You’ll need
Licensure
✓Adheres to respective Board mandated professional development and CEU requirements needed to maintain active provisional licensure
✓Current independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC), in the state of KY (required)
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) (required)
✓Able to complete Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training and perform CPI techniques (required)
Education
✓Master’s degree in a behavioral health or human services related field (required)
Qualifications
Two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health or human service setting (preferred)
