Operating Room Nurse Residency ProgramDesigned for nurses without prior Operating Room experience, our residency program supports success through multiple learning modalities:Classroom didacticsOnline learning modulesHands-on clinical practiceProgram Structure:Residency length: 5 monthsMentorship: 1 additional monthFollowing residency, nurses transition into a specialty mentorship, receiving focused training in their assigned service line.
