Education
✓Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, finance, accounting, business, data analytics, healthcare administration or a related field.
Qualifications
✓At least six years of progressively responsible experience in capital project controls, construction finance, project or program management, scheduling or portfolio reporting.
✓At least two years of direct supervisory experience leading staff in project controls, cost analysis, financial analysis, scheduling, portfolio reporting or related functions.
✓Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, commitments, estimates at completion, cash flow, accruals, contingencies and forecast variance.
✓Experience monitoring integrated project schedules, milestones, critical-path risks, change activity and mitigation plans.
✓Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with project-management information systems, reporting tools and data visualization.
✓Strong people-leadership, analytical, organizational, written and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex project and financial information to senior leaders.
Experience supporting a health system, academic medical center or other complex, multi-site institutional capital portfolio. preferred
Experience with e-Builder, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau or comparable project-controls, scheduling and reporting platforms. preferred
Experience coordinating capital project data with enterprise resource planning, finance, procurement or accounting systems. preferred
