Oversees the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday business processes across the HCM domain, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Oversees the design, building, and maintenance of workflows across Workday HCM workstreams to match company policies, using Workday framework, and without custom code.
In partnership with D&IS, ensures the system adheres to audit requirements by implementing security controls, monitoring for segregation of duties violations, and supporting internal/external audits with documentation.
Analyzes user access patterns and existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and overall system optimization.
Oversees the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and security designs, and facilitate training for security partners and super-users.
Serves as a liaison between HRIS and the D&IS functions that collaboratively support Workday.
Provides support for Workday HCM functions, implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-launch optimization and maintenance.
