You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Master’s degree (preferred) in information systems, healthcare administration, business, or related field.
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated experience in healthcare IT, portfolio management, demand management, resource planning, healthcare operations, business relationship management, project delivery, or related leadership roles.
✓4 years of leadership – project management, supervisor, or relevant management experience
✓Demonstrated experience working across clinical, operational, and technology teams
✓Strong understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems (EHR, infrastructure, integrations)
✓Experience with enterprise healthcare platforms such as Epic, Oracle, and others.
✓Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, Jira, or similar tools
✓Experience in strategic planning, portfolio governance, or IT service management

About the role
The Manager of IT Portfolio Management leads a team responsible for portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, demand intake, resource and capacity planning, prioritization, and governance activities across assigned business domains.
