You’ll need
Certifications
✓BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
Certification as a Mental Health Technician or equivalent credential. preferred
Qualifications
✓Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
✓Basic knowledge of mental health disorders and crisis intervention techniques.
Previous experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting is highly desirable. preferred
Training in trauma-informed care and de-escalation strategies. preferred

About the role
What you’ll do
