You’ll need
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Additional certifications related to mental health care or crisis intervention. preferred
Qualifications
✓Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required by the hospital.
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Crisis and Intervention Training required
✓Must pass in-house MHT test
Previous experience working in an inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health facility. preferred
Bilingual language skills relevant to the patient population served. preferred
