• Call Counselor, you will provide on-site support and consultation to clients experiencing mental health crises in community or home settings. This role is vital in helping individuals achieve stability during critical moments. Responsibilities Crisis Response (30%) : Deliver immediate intervention and support to clients in crisis at the location where the crisis is occurring Documentation (30%) : Complete all required data entry and documentation in accordance with agency policy . • Call Availability (30%) : Be reachable by phone and ready to respond within a 1-hour radius, coordinating with your on-call partner Compliance & Standards (10%) : Uphold UnityPoint Health values, maintain required certifications, and adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines Qualifications

Must meet one of the following: Mental health professional as defined in Iowa Code section 228.1 Bachelor’s degree; or Associate’s degree; or High school diploma Experience (based on education level noted above): Mental health professional: 1 year of mental health experience Bachelor’s in human services: 1 year Bachelor’s in non-human services: 2 years Associate’s degree: 2 years High school diploma: 2 years Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license and compliance with Eyerly Ball’s auto insurance policy Must pass criminal records and dependent adult/child abuse checks
