About the role

This is a benefits-eligible, grant-funded position with funding approved in one-year increments and an anticipated duration of three years.* The Community Paramedic is a key member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team providing patient-centered care in homes, community settings, and other non-traditional care environments throughout central and northeast Vermont.
