Develop as a resource for patient mobility, serving as a mentor to floor staff in environmental set up, the use of devices, mobility techniques and body mechanics to safely promote the highest level of patient mobility. Assists nursing, as requested, for patients with in-bed positioning needs. Builds a trusting relationship with the patient.
